Dean strongly believes in using only seasonal products. This is why Red Pepper menus are changed daily.
Dean’s day starts very early with visits to the local vegetable and fish market. Looking out for that something special that he can put on the menu for that day. He hand picks all his vegetables ensuring, its the best quality . The menu is then put together on his return to the restaurant and printed.
He takes great pleasure in going round to all guests to say” hi” and making sure everything is ok.

Red Pepper is also famous for the special Sunday Lunch Roasts, offering classic Roasts with sides and, of course, home made Yorkshire Puddings .
